伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良

Itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen in functional dyspepsia

目的观察伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准的功能性消化不良患者180例随机分为3组,伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组(A组)、伊托必利组(B组)和氟哌噻吨美利曲辛组(C组)各60例;伊托必利片50 mg,每日3次,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛2片,每日1次,均口服,疗程均为4 wk。观察3组治疗wk 1、4的疗效并做对比分析。结果治疗1 wk和4 wk后症状改善积分总有效率A组分别为79%和93%,B组为61%和81%,C组为45%和64%。A组均明显高于B、C组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良疗效好且起效快。

AIM To observed the effects of itopride combined with flupentixol and melitracen in patients with functional dyspepsia.METHODS One hundred and eighty patients with functional dyspepsia who met RomeⅢcriteria were randomly alloccated into three groups（n = 60,each group）.The patients in group A were administered with itopride（50 mg,po,tid） combined with flupentixol and melitracen（2 tablets,po, qd）.The patients in group B were treated with itopride（50 mg,po,tid） and the patients in group C were administered with flupentixol and melitracen（2 tablets,po,qd）,with a course of four weeks for each.After one and four weeks treatment,clinic symptoms such as postprandial fullness,early satiation,epigastric pain, burning and so on were observed.RESULTS After one and four weeks＇ treatment,the effective rate was 79% and 93%in group A,61%and 81%in group B,45%and 64%in group C,respectively.The effective rates in group A were significant higher than those in group B and group C,with significant differences（P0.05）. CONCLUSION Itopride combine with flupentixol and melitracen effect markedly and rapidly in treating functional dyspepsia.
