银川市老年人社会支持状况的调查

Study on the social support of aged people in Yinchuan

目的研究银川市老年人社会支持状况及其影响因素。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对银川市4个社区内的老年人进行社会支持状况及其影响因素的调查。结果银川市老年人的社会支持总分高于中国正常人的平均水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进行Lo-gistic回归分析,年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和在职时单位性质等四个因素进入回归模型。结论银川市老年人的社会支持整体水平较好,年龄、混应状况、文化程度和在职时单位性质是影响老年人社会支持的主要因素。

Objective To study the social support of the elderly and its influencing factors in urban area of Yinchuan.Methods The social support of the elderly and its influencing factors were investigated by social support rating scale （SSRS） on aged people in four communities of Yinchuan.Results The social support score of aged people in Yinchuan was higher than that of normal Chinese（P0.05）.There were four factors including age,marriage,educational background and vocational history in the equation by Logistic regression analysis.Conclusions The social support condition of aged people in Yinchuan is well.And the major influencing factors are age,marriage,educational background and vocational history which influence on the social support of aged people in Yinchuan.
