细胞信号转导通路与动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是由单核/淋巴细胞黏附并激活内皮细胞(EC)而开启的由多种原因导致的疾病,是冠状动脉疾病、周围动脉疾病、脑梗死等血管性疾病的病理基础。不同细胞因子发挥生物学功能均是通过与细胞膜表面受体相互作用,经过跨膜信号转导活化细胞内的相关信号通路,最终促进靶基因的表达。介导细胞因子生物学活性的信号通路在AS的发生、发展中具有重要作用,目前人们已经对AS形成中的相关信号通路的作用进行了广泛研究,并针对相关信号通路而采取的新型治疗方法取得了重大的进展。
