论高校管理与大学生权益之间的矛盾

Contradictions between University Management and Rights of College Students

随着我国高等教育的不断发展,大学生法律观念的不断增强,高校管理权与大学生权益之间的矛盾越来越明显。本文通过分析当代大学生权益的特点,阐述大学生权益在高校管理行为方面受侵害的客观事实,提出了解决这一矛盾的根本途径是进一步加强和完善高校管理的法律体系与规章制度。

With the continuous development of higher education, college students enhance the legal awareness, therefore the contradictions between university management and student interests are getting increasingly obvious. This paper analyzes the characteristics of interest of contemporary college students, lists out the infringement of college student interests in university administration, and puts forward the opinon that the fundamental way is to further strengthen and improve the legal system and the university management regulations.
