高校学生工作全面落实科学发展观,必须树立和坚持以学生为本的工作理念。探索服务型学生工作机制,是学生、学校、社会"共赢"的大好事。构建服务型学生工作机制是充分落实科学发展观的体现。作为工作在服务学生第一线的学工干部,更应当首当其冲地履行这一使命。文章试图根据现实调查来为提升服务学生工作能力开辟一条新的路径。

Thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development in universities, student - affairs - administrators must acquire student - centered concept in work insistently. Exploring serv- ice student work mechanism is the overall winning to students, universities and societies. Construction of service student work mechanism is a reflection of thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development. As first -line student -affairs -administrators, we should stand in the breach to implement the task. This paper is based on reality investigation, attempting to open a new path on improving the service capabilities of student - affairs.
