After independence Indian government has been paying more emphasis on the development of high-technology in order to make India a modernized industry power and a real world power.Through more than sixty years＇ efforts,India has been working out tremendous achievements in nuclear technology,solar technology,information technology,biology technology and maritime technology.The development of high-technology has been promoting the economic growth,raising the level of defense modernization,enhancing the total national strength and international influences,and raising the position of India in the world,and therefore promoting the rising of India.
