摘要
绿地配建是营造高质量的城市居住环境的重要内容;然而传统意义上的绿地配建,无论其思想观念还是它的配建方法与定量操作,都已不能适应当今城市住宅环境建设和环境保护的要求。本文就此展开了讨论,并从规划指标以及生态和环境保护的法律、法规要求出发,对城市住宅区绿地配建提出建议。
Green - land allocation is of great importance to creating high quality urban residential environment. But the ideology, the methodology, and the quantitative operation of traditional green - land allocation do not suit the needs of the construction of today's urban housing environment and the needs of environmental protection. After the discussion about what mentioned above, this paper gives some opinions on the green - land allocation in urban housing areas in the perspective of the planning index and the ecological and legal requirements of environmental protection.
