摘要
目的观察谷氨酰胺对兔梗阻性黄疸肠粘膜屏障功能损害的保护作用。方法部分结扎胆总管制备梗阻性黄疸兔模型后,行静脉置管后注射丙氨酰谷氨酰胺1 mg.Kg-1(A组),假手术组(B组)和黄疸模型组(C组)给予生理氯化钠溶液。于术后24 h处死动物后检测静脉血内毒素水平和血清二胺氧化酶(d iam ineoxidase,DAO)变化,观察小肠粘膜上皮变化并进行组织病理评分。结果阻塞性黄疸组血清总胆红素较假手术组明显增高(P<0.05)。与C组比较,A组静脉血内毒素明显降低(P<0.05),血清二胺氧化酶明显降低(P<0.05),A组肠上皮粘膜病理学评分明显优于C组(P<0.05)。结论谷氨酰胺可保护梗阻性黄疸时小肠粘膜屏障功能,减少内毒素血症的发生,对改善预后有一定作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of glutamine(Gln)on impaired intestine mucosalbarrier in rabbits with obstructive jaundice.Methods:After the obstructive jaundice was induced by ligation of cornmon bile duct,the rats were treated with alanyglutamine 1mg·Kg-1(Group A),Group C was given the same amout of normal saline.At 24h after the end of treatments,the endotoxin and diamineoxidase of plasma were measured,the mucosa was observed,and the biography rate was made.Results:The indices related to the DAO,endotoxin level and biography rate were higher in Group C than those in Group A(P0.05).Conclusion: The intestinal mucosal baeeier may be injuryed during the obstructive jaundice.The Gln has significant effect in protecting the mucosal barrier.
