抱立位在婴幼儿胸部X线摄影中的应用价值

The value of application of hugged-erect position in children's chest X-ray radiography

目的探讨抱立位在婴幼儿胸部X线摄影中的可行性及应用价值。方法对200例不同疾病的患儿作胸部X线摄影检查,年龄6月-2岁,平均1.2岁。随机分为2组。第1组100例采用仰卧位摄影,第2组100例采用抱立位摄影。比较两组中患儿的配合程度及图像质量。结果第1组中34例患儿配合良好（占34%）,甲级片74幅（占74%）。第2组中82例患儿配合良好（占82%）,甲级片91幅（占91%）。经统计学处理,采用抱立位摄影患儿明显比仰卧位摄影配合（P〈0.01）,获得的图像质量第2组优于第1组（P〈0.01）。结论应用抱立位对婴幼儿进行胸部X线摄影检查,实用方便,患儿多配合良好,能够提高胸片的图像质量。

Objective： To explore the value of the application of hugged-erect position in children＇s using chest X-ray radiograhy.Methods： 200 children with different diseases at the age between 6 month and 2 years old on the average of 1.2 years were examined with chest X-ray radiograhy.The study was divided into two groups.Dorsal position was adopted in the first group and hugged-erect position in the second group.The cooperation and the image quality in the two groups were compared.Results： In the first group,34（34%） children were cooperative and there were 74（74%） images of excellent quality,while in the second group,that were 82（82%） and 91（91%）,respectively.The children were more cooperative in the hugged-erect position than those in the dorsal position（P0.01）.The X-ray images with hugged-erect position were better than those with dorsal position（P0.01）.Conclusion： Chest X-ray radiograhy with hugged-erect position in children is applicable and convenient,children are cooperative and images were satisfactory for clinical diagnosis.
