宽厚板轧机轴承国产化实践

Domestic Local Manufacturing Practice of Bearings used for Wide Heavy Plate Mill

目前,我国宽厚板轧机(4 100 mm以上)工作辊轴承全部使用进口滚动轴承,在武钢集团鄂钢宽厚板厂试用了国产工作辊轴承,虽然在使用前期出现过问题,但通过技术改进,国产轴承已经能够满足使用要求,通过对比使用,基本达到进口轴承的性能指标。

At present,all the wide heavy plate mills over than 4 100 mm in our country use the imported WR rolling bearing.In a WISCO Echeng ISC project,the domestically manufactured WR bearings are trial used.Although some problems occurred at the beginning,technical improvement has made it meeting the requirements finally.By comparison,it basically attains the desired performance value owned by the imported bearing.
