环境温度对砖瓦结构牛舍奶牛血清指标的影响

Effects of Environmental Temperature on Serum Indicators of Cows Fed in Bricks Cowhouse

为研究不同环境温度对砖瓦结构荷斯坦奶牛血清生化指标和酶活性的影响。结果显示:随着环境温度的季节性下降,血清TP、BUN、Glu、CHO显著含量升高(P<0.05);血清ALB、Ca含量降低;血清ALT、AST和ALP活性下降;血清LDH活性升高。表明不同环境温度可引起奶牛血清中某些指标的变化。

In order to observe the effect of environmental temperature on serum indicators and enzymatic activity in Holstein cows fed in bricks cowhouse.The results showed that： Following the decreased of environmental temperature,the concentration of TP、BUN、Glu、CHO in serum raised significantly（P0.05）,and the concentration of ALB、Ca significantly decreased（P0.05）.The activity of ALT、AST and ALP in serum decreased significantly,but the activity of LDH in serum was increased.It is suggested that some indicators in cows serum are changed with the change of environmental temperature.
