摘要
建立了微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定大米中微量砷的方法,考察了酸介质浓度、KBH4还原剂用量、载气流速的影响。砷浓度在0~10μg·L-1范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,线性方程为If=102.603 1c-18.538 0,相关系数r=0.999 3,砷的检出限为0.056μg·L-1;砷测定结果相对偏差为1.63%,加标回收率为85.6%~105.7%。该方法具有操作简单、快速、基体干扰少,灵敏度高等优点。
A method for determination of trace arsenic in rice by microwave dispels atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.The operation conditions such as acid concentration,KBH4 concentration,flow velocity of the carrier gas were selected.The concentration of arsenic in the range of 0~10 μg·L-1 showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity,the linear equation is If=102.603 1c-18.538 0 the correlation coefficient was 0.999 3,the limit of detection was 0.056 μg·L-1,RSD was 1.63%,and the recoveries were 85.6%~105.7%.The method is sample,rapid,less noisy,high sensitive,etc.
