摘要
农民合作社聘用职业经理人是该组织未来发展的大势所趋。而现实问题就是职业经理人的极度匮乏。高校农业经济管理专业人才的培养是为农民合作社输送专业经营人才的途径之一。在分析农民合作社职业经理人匮乏的现实基础上,提出从高校角度缓解人才匮乏问题的解决对策。
It is an irresistible general trend for the farmers′cooperatives to employ professional managers in its future development.However,the realistic problem is the extremely lack of professional managers.Cultivating professional talents on agricultural economics and management in colleges and universities is one of the channels to deliver professional managers for farmers′ cooperatives.Therefore it put forward the solving countermeasure that is to relieve the lack of talents from the perspective of colleges and universities on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the lack of professional managers in farmers′cooperatives.
