摘要
20世纪80年代以来,美国联邦政府为了提高教师参与教育改革的能力,适应教育改革的需要,在教师资质提高方面采取了一系列的政策措施。论文首先分析里根政府、老布什政府、克林顿政府、小布什政府以及奥巴马政府的教师资质提高政策,其次分析这些政策措施对我国教师教育改革发展与提高的借鉴意义。
Since the 1980s,the United States fedreal government has adopted a series of policies and measures of improving the teachers' qualifications to enhance teachers' ability of involving in teaching reform and adapting to the need of educational reform.This paper firstly analyzes the different policies to improve the teachers' qulifications from the governament of Regan,Old Bush,Clinton,Bush Junior as well as Obama,then it analyzes their reference value for the development and improvement of teachers' education reform in China.
