摘要
家政工作为劳动者不应该被法律所遗忘,应该针对家政行业的特点制定专门的法律来保护家政工的劳动权益,文章就本条例的起草旨在实现此目的作一阐释。
Domestic workers,as laborers,shouldn＇t be neglected by law.Special laws should be set up to protect the laboring right of domestic workers.This paper intends to interprete the regulation from the angle of protecting domestic workers＇ right and interest.
