摘要
新中国成立后,陈云十分关心林业建设,他高度重视林业对农业、工业以及群众生活的重要作用。通过调查和实地考察,对于如何发展林业,陈云提出和实施了一系列的重大措施:造林是国家百年大计、以普遍护林为主、有选择地重点造林、合理采伐、以及重视林业教育。陈云关于林业建设的一系列重要指示和意见,对于我国的林业事业发展,不仅起到了巨大的推动作用,也有着重大的现实意义。
After new China was established,Chen Yun was very concerned about the development of forestry.He attached great importance of forestry to agriculture,industry and people＇s life.Chen Yun proposed and took a whole set of important measures after investigations and on the spot studies： the afforestation is a national long-term goal;based on universal forest protection,focus on afforestation selectively and cut reasonably;pay attention to forestry education.Chen Yun＇s instructions and suggestions greatly promoted the development of forestry in our country and are of practical significance to our work today.
