金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺

Extraction,Separation and Determination of Chlorogenic Acid

研究了金银花中提取绿原酸的方法和工艺,确定索氏提取法为最佳提取方法。通过不同溶剂、溶剂浓度、虹吸次数3个因素对绿原酸提取效果的研究,确定最佳的提取工艺条件为:甲醇质量分数为50%,预浸2 h,索氏提取回流4次。本方法工艺简单,提取条件温和,提取率高达2.18%,可为提取绿原酸的深入研究提供参考。

Methods and processes of the extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were studied.The best extraction method using soxhlet extraction was determined.Three factors： different solvents,solvent concentration and Siphon times on the extraction of chlorogenic acid were studied.The optimal extraction conditions were： methanol concentration of 50%,prepreg 2 h,Soxhlet extraction 4 times.This process is simple,under mild extraction conditions and the extraction rate can be reached to 2.18%,Our study provided reference for further study on the extraction of chlorogenic acid.
