摘要 针对线状工程项目(如地铁、高速公路等)施工中,采用横道图或网络计划法编制进度计划时的缺陷,根据线状工程项目的特点,介绍了一种更为适用的进度计划方法,即线图法。 In the construction of the linear project (e.g:the subway,highway etc),there are some limitations while the bar chart or network planning method is applied in construction schedule.According to the character of the linear project,a more applicable method,i.e.line chart,is presented in this paper for satisfing the demand of controlling and implementing the schedule of the linear project.
