摘要
从化学成分、力学性能、金相、SEM、EDS和连铸工艺等方面进行分析,结果表明,铸坯气泡是造成冷弯起皮开裂的主要原因。并对预防铸坯气泡产生提出改进措施。
By analyzing in the aspects of chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallurgical structure,SEM,EDS and continuous casting process,the results show that casting air bubbles is the main cause of cold bending peel cracking,which could be decreased and even eliminated by strict technology operation.
