摘要
通过模拟高炉铁口生产条件的试验,对某大型高炉的无水炮泥在不同条件下焙烧后的强度及微观组织结构进行了分析。结果表明:试样经200℃×24 h烘干后,耐压强度和抗折强度最大;经800℃×2 h煅烧后,耐压强度和抗折强度最小;经1 100℃×2 h煅烧后,显气孔率相比800℃×2 h煅烧后的显气孔率明显较低;在1 400℃时,微观组织密实、均匀,性能稳定。
Through the trial of simulating the actual production condition of blast furnace taphole,analysis is made on the strength and micro-structure of water-free hole clay under different condition.The result shows:after the clay is dried under 200 ℃ for 24 hours,the compression strength and breaking strength reaches the top.And those are minimum after burned under the condition of 800 ℃ for 2 hours.After burned under the condition of 1 100 ℃ for 2 hours,the apparent porosity is significantly lower than those burned under 800 ℃ for 2 hours.When it is burned under 1400℃,the microstructure is close-grained and even with stable property.
