摘要
指挥信息系统军事需求分析是系统建设的开端,也是项目建设的基石。由于军事需求是面向具有许多不确定性因素、环境复杂多变的未来战争,要搞好军事需求分析工作需要解决一系列问题,面临着诸多困难。文中结合军事需求分析的理论研究和应用实践,归纳总结了指挥信息系统军事需求分析中存在的主要困难,研究了解决军事需求分析难点问题的对策与方法。
The military requirement analysis（MRA） of a command information system is not only the beginning of system construction but also the solid foundation of program development.Because the future warfare which military requirements concern has many uncertainties and variable environments,there are a lot of difficulties and problems to be tackled in military requirement analysis.Taking the theory and the practice of military requirement analysis into account,this paper summarizes the main problems in the military requirement analysis of command information systems and investigates their solutions.
