摘要 设计了用于高压电源管理芯片中的内部稳压器电路,为系统中低压模块提供稳定的电源电压输入.电路主要由基准和线性稳压器两个部分组成.不同于传统的线性稳压器结构,不采用稳压二极管反向击穿稳定电压给后级电路供电,引入预稳压的带隙基准电路,产生精确的基准电压,并给误差放大器提供电源.有效减小了芯片的面积,降低了设计对工艺的依赖.通过0.35μm CMOS工艺模型仿真,稳压器各种性能参数良好. An internal regulator for high voltage power management was designed,which could provide stable input voltage for low voltage blocks.The circuit is mainly composed of the bandgap and linear regulator.It is unlike traditional linear regulator and do not use reverse breakdown voltage of zener diode to provide power for the rest blocks.Otherwise,a bandgap circuit named pre_regulator is introduced,which produces accurate reference voltage,and provides power supply for the error amplifier.As a result,It could not only reduce the size of the chip effectively,but also reduce the dependence on process for the design.Various performance parameters of the regulator is perfect under ASMC 0.35μm CMOS process.
