摘要
目的:应用大鼠福尔马林致痛模型,通过观察大鼠的痛反应行为,探讨尼氟灭酸(niflumic acid,NFA)在痛觉传入过程中的作用及可能机制。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为3组:生理盐水(NS)组、福尔马林(F)组和NFA组,分别观察各组缩腿次数、舔爪时间。结果:NFA组第一相0-5min缩腿次数及舔爪时间较F组显著增高(P〈0.05)。NFA组与F组相比第二相缩腿次数20-25min、30-35min、35-40min、40-45min明显减少,舔爪时间20-25min、25-30min、30-35min、35-40min短于F组。结论:NFA对福尔马林大鼠致痛模型的行为学第一相急性痛反应有致痛作用,对第二相持续痛反应有镇痛作用。
Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of niflumic acid in rat formalin induced inflammatory pain.Methods:24 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,Group NS:normal saline group;Group F:formalin group;Group NFA:Niflumic acid group.Investigate and record the fliching,biting and liching time after 5min,10 min,15min,20min,25min,30min,35min,40min,45min,50min,55min,60min.Results:Compare NFA group with F group,the fliching and biting/liching time obviously increased in the first phase(P〈0.05),the fliching and biting/liching time obviously decreased obviously in the second phase 20~25min、25~30 min、30~35min、35~40min(P〈0.05).Conclusion:effects of niflumic acid increase pain in the first phase of formalin test by inhibiting the presynaptic inhibition and release pain in the second phase of formalin test by inhibiting the synthesis of PGs.
