摘要
目的:研究蔷薇红景天的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,用光谱法和化学方法鉴定结构。结果:从蔷薇红景天中分离得到4种化合物,分别鉴定为酪醇(Ⅰ)、红景天苷(Ⅱ)、没食子酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论:新疆蔷薇红景天的化学成分研究为新药开发利用奠定了基础,为进一步的药理及药效学研究奠定了基础。
Objective:To study the chemical contents Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang.Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and structures were identified by spectral and chemical method.Results:Four chemical ccontents were isolated and identified as p-tyrosol(Ⅰ)、salidroside(Ⅱ)、gallic acid(Ⅲ)、daucosterol(Ⅳ) were isolated from the root of Rhodiola rosea L.in Xinjiang.Conclusion:The chemical composition research has laid the foundation for the new medicine development,and the further study on pharmacological activity of Rhodiola rosea L.
