摘要
采用Unisim Design软件对400万吨/年柴油加氢精制装置干气脱硫效果不稳定的情况进行了模拟计算,并结合实际调整操作,最终使脱硫后干气中硫化氢含量稳定保持在100 ppm以下。
Using Unisim Design software, the analog computation has been given to describe unstable dry gas desulfurization results in a 4 000 kt/a Diesel Hydrotreating unit. By adjusting operating conditions in the light of actual situation, the H_2S content after dry gas desulfurization can keep on being lower than 100 ppm at last.
