丙戊酸钠片致严重肝功能损害1例 被引量：3

摘要 患者,男,38岁,因刀伤致急性重型颅脑损伤于2009年5月3日入住我院重症监护病房（ICU）行颅脑手术。术后予吸氧、脱水、止血、营养脑细胞及抗酸护胃等治疗。术前生化检查示丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）211 IU/L、天门冬酸氨基转移酶（AST）140 IU/L、乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（HBsAg）阳性。
