我院2008—2009年323例药品不良反应报告分析

Adverse Drug Reactions of 323 Cases in Our Hospital during 2008 —2009

目的探讨医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2008—2009年收集到的323例ADR报告分别从患者年龄、性别、药品种类、临床表现及给药途径等方面进行统计、分析。结果 323例ADR报告中,涉及药品共93种,其中抗感染药物36种,居首位(占38.71%);静脉用药295例,占91.33%;主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害(占21.36%)。结论临床必须重视药品ADR,继续做好ADR监测工作。

Objective To investigate the general rule and characteristics of the occurrences of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in our hospital for providing reference to rational drug use in clinic.Methods A total of 323 ADR cases collected in our hospital during the period 2008-2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients＇age and sex,drug kinds,clinical manifestations and route of administration,etc.Results Of total 323 ADR cases,the number of involved drug kinds totaled 93,36 kinds were antiinfective drugs taking the lead,accounting for 38.71%,295 cases were given intravenously accounting for 91.33%.Lesions of skin and accessories were the chief ADR types（21.36%）.Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring in clinic.
