摘要
目的探讨广藿香抗青枯病的鉴定技术。方法用灌根接种法,检测广藿香苗木在不同菌种浓度下表现出的不同抗性水平。结果广藿香青枯病病原菌浓度达到107~108/mL、用量为5 mL/株时,在日平均温度20~35℃、土壤湿度15~25%、150 d等条件下,广藿香苗木表现出9种以上的抗性水平。结论用灌根接种法,广藿香青枯病病原菌浓度达到107~108/mL、用量为5 mL/株等条件下,能检测到不同抗性的广藿香苗木。
Objective To study the identification technology of Pogostemon cablin resistance to Bacterial wilt.Methods The pouring-root inoculation method was used to detect the different resistance levels of Pogostemon cablin seedlings in the different strains concentrations.Results In the conditions such as the bacterial wilt pathogen concentration reaching to 107-108/mL,5 mL/strain,the daily average temperature of 20-35 ℃,the soil moisture of 15%-25%and 150 d.Pogostemon cablin seedlings showed more than 9 kinds of resistance levels.Conclusion Using pouring-root inoculation method,under the conditions of bacterial wilt pathogen concentration 107-108/mL,5 mL/strain,the daily average temperature of 20-35 ℃and the soil moisture of 15%-25%,can detect the different resistances of Pogostemon cablin seedlings.
