摘要
能效管理是电力需求侧管理的重要内容,针对电力用户能效评估中指标冗余的问题,引入了特征值和G1法对初步建立的指标体系进行筛选,优化电力需求侧节能减排评价模型。该方法将特征值法和G1法相结合,通过比较各指标权重与权重阈值的大小,筛选出弱权重指标并将之剔除。由于不依赖判断矩阵的一致性条件,因而能有效解决当指标体系判断矩阵不满足一致性检验时,难以进行指标筛选的问题。用该法对江西省能效评估指标体系进行筛选优化,结果表明该法计算快捷,可靠性高,具有较强的实用性。
To tackle the problem of Index redundancy in energy efficiency assessment,this paper introduces eigenvalue method and G1 method,which can be used to filter and optimize the preliminary indices set. Weak-weighted indices,by comparing the weight of each index with the weight threshold,can be screened out through the combined use of eigenvalue method and G1 method. Due to the fact that the method given in this paper does not rely on consistency conditions of judgment matrixes,it can still find its use when the indices set does not meet the consistency test when traditional methods is hard,if not impossible,to apply. The combined use of eigenvalue method and G1 method,when it is applied to the indices set of Energy Efficiency Assessment in jiangxi Province,has been proven to be a fast method with high reliability and much practicability.
