现场标准化作业管理系统的研究与实现

本文结合电力企业现场标准化作业的业务需求,提出了电力企业现场标准化作业管理系统各模块的设计流程及功能,并基于PDA(掌上电脑)开发了电力企业现场标准化作业管理系统。本文研究的系统采用浏览器/服务器网络结构,软件开发应用Microsoft Asp.NET开发技术以及Sybase UltraLite移动数据库等流行的PDA编程技术,将国家电网公司标准化作业指导书融入其中,使电力企业现场标准化作业管理实时直观,达到现场作业实时化、信息化、规范化、标准化、流程化和无纸化管理。本文研制的电力企业现场标准化作业管理系统在重庆市电力公司万州供电局成功应用,提高了现场作业的安全性和作业质量,具有显著的社会、经济效益。

Combined with the operational requirements of the standardization job on-the-spot in power enterprise,the design flow and function of every module in the management system are brought out. Based on the PDA,an intelligent system is developed in this paper. This system adopts the browser/server network framework. The software applies Microsoft Asp.NET development technology and the popular PDA programming technology such as Sybase UltraLite mobile database,and melts into State Grid Corporation standardization job instruction book,the management of standardization job on-the-spot in power enterprise realized real-time and direct-viewing,achieved the real-time,the information,the standardization,the normalization,the flow and no paperless management. In this paper,the intelligent system is applied successfully in Wanzhou Power Supply Bureau of Chongqing Electric Power Corporation. The safety and quality of the standardization job on-the-spot is improved and remarkable society and economic benefit has been obtained.
