急性心肌梗死患者院前急救的护理干预(附42例分析)

Nursing Intervene of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients of Pre-hospital Care

目的:探讨42例急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理干预情况。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者护理资料,依据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果:观察组血管再通率明显高于对照组,而溶栓时间、住院时间及死亡率均明显低于对照组;观察组护理质量评分、护理人员投诉率均明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:42例急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理干预可以明显提高临床疗效和护理质量,降低死亡率。

Objective：To approach the pre-hospital care nursing analyze of 42 cases acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods：To retrospective analyze the clinical nursing data of acute myocardial infarction patients,which was to be divided into detection group and control group.Results：The revascularization rate of detection group was higher than control group,the thrombolysis time、length of stay and death rate were lower than control group;the quality of care、paramedic report rate were lower than control group;the satisfaction degree of detection group was higher than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusions：he pre-hospital care nursing analyze of 42 cases acute myocardial infarction patients were improved clinical curative effect and nursing quality,which was to be used.
