摘要
基于极限状态时截面的应力分布和受力模型，提出了包含型钢和混凝土应变比βα的实腹式ＳＲＣ偏压柱正截面承载力计算方法。
On the basis of stress distribution and mechanical pattern of the cross Section in the ultimate state, calculating formulas, including the strain ratio of steel to concrete, are put forward for the ultimate flexural strength of full--web type steel reinforced concrete column with eccentricity.
