吊车梁K型对接焊缝焊角尺寸疲劳性能试验研究

摘要 厚腹板吊车梁上翼缘与腹板门焊透的K型对接焊缝焊角尺寸为1/2和1/4腹板厚度时,拉伸、弯曲试件和模拟梁的疲劳对比试验,对钢板厚度、焊接应力、焊角尺寸对疲劳强度的影响进行分析,提出厚板接头容许应力幅折减系数建议公式,可供钢结构疲劳研究者参考。减小焊角尺寸结论已被国家规范采纳。 When the fillet weld size of the full penetrated K--type butt weld between up flange and web of huge crane beam is 1/2 time and 1/4 time web thickness, the comparing test of extending, bending sample and simulating beam is stated in this dissertation. The dissertation analyse the effect of plate thickness, welding stress and fillet weld size on fatigue strength. The dissertation presents the proposed formula of the allowed stress strength decrement modulus of thick plate butt. This can be referred by researchers on metal structure fatigue performance. The conclusion that fillet weld size can be decreased has been accepted by state standard.
