腰椎间盘髓核组织工程研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 腰椎间盘退行性病变(symptomatic lumbar interver-tebral disc degeneration)是造成腰腿痛的一个重要原因。研究显示,退变最初发生于椎间盘,以髓核退变为主。临床上根据病变轻重进行保守治疗和外科干预[35],目的是缓解疼痛,稳定脊柱生物力学平衡。近十年来,髓核组织工程研究取得了较大进展,理论上可以修复原有退变组织,为退变椎间盘寻找有效的生物学修复方法。
