以人为本是科学发展观的核心,是教育的本质要求,也是建设和谐校园,实现高校科学发展的根本所在。学校的教学围绕人,学校的发展依靠人,发展的目的为了人,只有以教师为本实现教育主体的和谐,以学生为本,实现教育主体与客体的和谐,才能体现以人为本的理念,构建和谐校园,实现学校的科学发展。

People-oriented is the core of scientific development concept,the essential requirement of education,and the fundamental lie of building harmonious campus,and achieving the the scientific development of Universities.Teaching in schools is around peaple,developing of schools relyies on people,the aim of development is for people.When we achieve the harmony of education mainly by relying on teacher-centered education,and gain the harmony between the givers and the receivers by implementing student-centered education,will we embody the concept of people-oriented,build harmonious campus,and achieve scientific development.
