摘要
1.病例简介：患者女性,48岁.5年前体检发现右肺下叶境界清楚的结节,直径4 cm左右,患者无任何呼吸道症状,无阳性体检结果,经抗感染处理后病灶无改变.影像学提示为肺良性病变（图1，2），外科建议手术切除。
