间期荧光原位杂交技术及其临床病理应用 被引量:7

摘要 近10年来分子遗传学技术的发展将病理诊断引入分子病理时代.间期荧光原位杂交(FISH)作为一种稳定、可靠的分子遗传学检测技术,已广泛应用于淋巴瘤、骨和软组织肿瘤、乳腺癌等肿瘤病理诊断和对临床治疗反应的评估.FISH是遗传学与分子生物学技术密切结合的产物.其基本原理是通过标记有荧光素的探针与特异性的染色体和(或)基因位点相结合,在间期细胞核中检测染色体和相应基因的变化。
