新疆维吾尔族青少年微笑特征的研究

An assessment of the posed smile in Xinjiang Uyger adolescents

目的:研究新疆个别正常维吾尔族青少年的微笑特征,为口腔正畸、正颌外科及口腔修复的临床诊断、治疗以及疗效评价提供参考依据。方法:以64名14～18岁(男27例,平均年龄16.26岁;女37例,平均年龄15.71岁)普通颜貌、个别正常的新疆维吾尔族青少年为研究对象,拍摄微笑时的颌面部正面照片,使用Photoshop CS4软件进行定点测量。结果:个别正常的维吾尔族青少年微笑时,低位微笑、中位微笑、高位微笑分别为19%,56%、25%。上切牙切缘与下唇不接触、接触、轻覆盖的分别占66%、25%、9%。男性微笑时暴露牙齿的数目为(8.89±1.80)颗,女性微笑时暴露的牙齿数目为(9.49±1.59)颗。正常维吾尔族青少年的笑容指数、牙龈暴露指数的性别差异具有统计学意义。结论:直观评价和比例分析可以应用于维吾尔族青少年微笑的分析。

Objective：To evaluate the smile indexes in Xinjiang Uyger adolescents,and give references to orthodontic,prosthetic and orthognathic clinical work.Methods：64 adolescents（14-18 years） with average appearance and normal occlusion were selected.Posed smile photos were taken,and points were fixed by Photoshop CS4.Results：Low smile,average smile and high smile covered 19%,56%,25% respectively.66% of the samples＇ incisal curves were not touching their low lips.25% of the samples＇ incisal curves were touching their low lips.9% of the samples＇ incisal curves were slightly covered their low lips.The average of teeth displayed in men＇s smile was 9.27±1.73.The average of teeth displayed in women＇s smile was 8.89±1.80.Smile index and upper gingival exposure index were quite different between male and female.Conclusion：Visual evaluation and ratio analysis are helpful in assessment of posed smile.
