口腔黏膜多形性红斑的改良治疗

Improved treatment of oral mucous membrane erythema multiforme

对45例口腔黏膜多形性红斑分别进行常规治疗与改良治疗,25例采用常规治疗法,均给予强的松、扑尔敏、西咪替丁、维生素C。20例用改良治疗法,给予强的松、扑尔敏、西咪替丁、维生素C、甲硝唑、阿莫西林、阿昔洛韦、转移因子、香菇菌多糖。所有患者均于2周后评定疗效。并对治疗结果进行分析。改良治疗的平均治愈天数为(8.05±0.29)d,治愈率85%;常规治疗平均治愈天数为(11.92±0.26)d,治愈率68%,两者比较t=9.914 9、P<0.05;2χ=0.94、P<0.05,差异有显著性。

25 cases of oral erythema multiforme were treated with conventional medicines such as prednisone,chlorpheniramine,cimetidine,VC,metronidazole and amoxicillion.20 cases were treated with medicines such as prednisone,chlorpheniramine,cimetidine,VC,metronidazole,amoxicillion,acyclovir,transfer factor,lentinan and Fufang Danshen Pian.The effects in all the patients were evaluated two weeks after treatment.The healing effects of the improved treatment were better than that of the conventional.
