颌面部骨纤维异常增殖症和骨化纤维瘤的比较

The difference between fibrous dysplasia and ossifying fibroma of the jaw

骨纤维异常增殖症和骨化纤维瘤是颌面部比较常见的2种良性纤维骨病变。本文通过对临床病例比较发现:骨纤维异常增殖症是一种发育畸形;X线片显示为弥散性膨胀,病变与正常骨组织之间无明显界限;手术以成形切除为主。骨化纤维瘤是良性肿瘤;X线片显示为局限性膨胀,圆形或卵圆形,病变与正常骨组织之间界限清楚;手术应完整切除瘤体。

Fibrous dysplasia（FD） and ossifying fibroma（OF）of the jaw are two normal Benign Fibro-osseous lesions（BFOLs）.Comparative analysis on one typical case of FD and one typical case of OF were carried out in clinic,radiology and pathology.FD is a developmental malformation,while OF is a true neoplasm with a significant growth potential.The radiographic pattern of FD is diffuse expand,the margins blending imperceptibly into the adjacent normal bone,and that of OF is locally expanded,rotundity or ellipse,which is easy to be defined and to be excised.
