电压门控钾通道在低氧肺动脉高压中的作用
摘要
低氧性肺血管收缩和重建是机体一种重要的代偿反应,但持续的肺血管收缩和重建可引起肺动脉高压,导致肺源性心脏病。K+通道在血管平滑肌中是重要的效应蛋白并且具有多重功能,如在维持血管张力,控制细胞膜静息电位及调控细胞内的Ca^2+信号以调节血管的收缩。
