域市建设管理决策支持系统的开发

Study on Decision Support System for City Construction Management

城市建设管理是一项涉及多部门、多方面的复杂的系统工程，其中所包含的许多内容都属于结构化程度不高、说明不够充分的问题。本文根据这一特点，设计了城市建设管理决策支持系统（记为ＵＣＭＤＳＳ）的总体结构，并将ＵＣＭＤＳＳ划分为城建统计、发展预测、评价决策、政策法规、综合信息、系统管理等六个子系统，给出了具体的功能描述。

City construction is a system engineering involved multi departments and fields, in whichthere are lots of problems, and these problems show that the system has low structure and can't show cityconstruction clearly. According to these characters, City Construction Management Decision and SupportSystem is designed(short for CCMDSS). This paper gave the summary structure of this system and gaveits subsystem which are city construction statistics, development forecast, evaluation decision, policy &laws, synthesized information and system management and at the same time, the function description isalso given in this paper.
