低压蒸馏法处理高浓度中药废水的研究

Treatment of high concentration Chinese herbal medicine wastewater by low pressure distillation process

薯蓣皂素生产废水具有废水量小、色度大、有机物浓度高、酸度大、温度高等特点 ,是一种难处理的中药废水。通过调研和实验室试验 ,我们采用低压蒸馏工艺处理该废水。废水色度去除率达100 % ,COD去除率97 %以上 ,该工艺具有运行费用低、运行稳定、操作管理简便等特点。同时将蒸馏出水回用于生产工艺中的冲洗用水。

Low pressure distillation process is applied to treat Chinese herbal medicine organic wastewater. This wastewater has the characteristic of litter flow, high colority,high concentration of organism, high acidity and high temperature. It is difficult to treat. We use the technology of low pressure distillation technology to treat this water through laboratory analysis and investigation. The removal efficiencies of colority and COD reached 100%and 97%respectively. And we recycle the distillated water to flush herbal medicine. This technology has the advantage of low expense, stable working and simple manageing.
