颗粒分散和破碎过程在线检测研究

Study of granule dispersion and breakup process with an on line monitoring technique

对颗粒物质的分散和破碎过程很少进行研究。本研究利用一种全新的颗粒在线检测技术透光脉动检测技术 ,对不同组成的颗粒物质在水中破碎的过程进行检测。结果表明该技术可详细地描述出颗粒物质的破碎情况 ,具有很大的实用价值 ,从而发展出一种用于颗粒物质破碎或分散过程的全新在线检测方法和手段。

There is few study on granule dispersion and breakup process. An on line particle monitoring technique, the technique of transmitted light fluctuation, is developed to monitor the dispersion and breakup process in water medium of the granule with different composition in this article. The results show that the technique can describe the granule dispersion and breakup process in detail. This develops a fully new on line method and way of monitoring granule dispersion and breakup process, and are of great significance on applications.
