摘要
传统的活性污泥工艺中加入废弃轮胎颗粒作为生物膜载体形成复合式生物膜反应器 ,在颗粒浓度为40g/L时 ,稳定运行条件下在轮胎颗粒表面可形成约50mg/ g 的生物膜量 ,即在传统曝气池的2000~3000mg/L悬浮生长污泥的基础上 ,可增加2000mg/L的附着生物膜量。此时生物膜的厚度为255μm ,其活性以比基质耗氧速率 (SOUR)表示为40~70mgO2/g·h。
The incorporation of waste tire beads at a concentration of 40 g/L into conventional activated sludge tank, led to the attachment of 50 mg/g biomass on the surface of tyre beads at steady state. Thus, 2000mg/L of attached growth was available in addition to the existing 2000~3000mg/L of suspended growth biomass in the hybrid reactor. Biofilm thickness was 255μm and its activity was in the range of 40~70 mg2/g·h, which was comparable to that of suspended growth.
