酸性靛蓝示差光度法测定水中低水平ClO_2的含量 被引量:2

Determination of low level of ClO_2 in water by using indigo carmine differential spectrophotometry

摘要 研究了利用酸性靛蓝 (λmax=610nm,pH<4)的氧化还原褪色反应 ,定量地测定了水中低水平ClO2的含量 ,本方法褪色迅速且化学计量比(1:1)恒定。该方法平均加标回收率为99.8 %。变异系数为2.22 % ,最低检出限为0.005mg/L ,具有操作简便易行、准确灵敏等优点。 In this paper,determination of low level of ClO2 is studied by using the decolorization of sodium indigotin disulfonate(λmax=610nm, pH< 4). The average recovery ratio of the method is 99.8%,the coefficient of variation(CV) is 2.22%and the lowest detection limit is 0.005mg/L. The method has simple,accurate and sensitive advantage.
