雌激素对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量：2

摘要 自20世纪70年代以来,不断有关于心血管病的发病率具有性别差异的报道：育龄期女性与男性比较,缺血性心脏病的发病率和死亡率明显低于同龄男性,而绝经后妇女的发病率明显高于绝经前妇女,绝经后给以雌激素替代疗法的妇女则缺血性心脏病、心肌梗死的发病率显著降低。因此,
