摘要
新中国第一部《工会法》在共和国诞生半年之后就正式颁布实施了。这部《工会法》之所以能够在短时间内出台,是因为有"苏联劳动法"有关工会的专章为基础,但这并不意味着它照搬苏联劳动法。其中根据中国情况所进行的修改,如:关于雇佣劳动者的认识、关于工会独立性的立场、关于群众办工会的思考,处处彰显着中国共产党在"新民主主义"的历史条件下,对马克思主义工会理论的创新。
Six months after the birth of PRC,the first Trade Union Law has been promulgated and implemented formally.It can be issued in a short time based on the chapter of trade union in the "Labor Law of the Soviet Union".However,it does not mean that it is copying Soviet Labor Law.In the Trade Union Law,according to the situations of China,the CPC innovated the Marxist trade union theory under the "new democratic" historical conditions.
