摘要
过去30年,浙江经济迅速发展,而劳资关系问题对社会和谐、企业稳定的负面影响也日益明显。21世纪初,浙江多个区域、行业等在劳资关系协调机制方面进行了积极探索,如温岭和上虞的行业工资协商机制、义乌的工会维权模式及爱迪尔改善劳资关系的实践。这些成功的经验对于和谐劳资关系的构建有着重要的启示和借鉴:和谐的劳资关系,宏观上依赖于有效的三方协调机制;微观上依赖于企业主的观念调整。
Over the past 30 years,Zhejiang has gained rapid economic development.As the by-product of economic growth,the problems of labor relations impact on the society and enterprises seriously.At the beginning of the 21st century,Zhejiang province explored actively the labor-capital relations coordination mechanism in several areas and industries.These successful experiences are important enlightenment and reference to build up harmonious labor-capital relations.Harmonious labor-capital relations depend on effective tripartite mechanism from a macroscopic perspective,and depend on concept adjustment of employers from a microscopic perspective.
