摘要
现代企业培养员工的内部动机是企业发展的动力。培养员工内部动机的途径主要是企业创建积极的适宜员工成长的工作环境和积极的工作制度;积极评价是内部动机的激励因素;提高员工的自我效能感是培养员工内部动机的重要方面;做好职业生涯规划是提高员工内部动机的重要方法。
In modern enterprises,the internal motivation of fostering employees is the power of enterprise development.The approaches of promote internal motivation of employees include to set up active working environment and working system which is suitable for employees to grow.Active evaluation is the incentives of internal motivation of employees.To improve the self-efficacy of employee is an important aspect of promote their internal motivation.To make good career planning is an important way to promote internal motivation of employees.
